Remedies: (1) Take a cucumber and refrigerate it for a few hours. Then, cut it into thick slices. Now relax your head by resting it on the back of the sofa. Place these slices on your closed eyes, and keep them there for about 10 minutes, or till the slices become warm from your body temperature.
(2) Take an ice-cold cucumber and make a puree out of it in a blender. Do not put water, since the water in the cucumber will suffice. Apply this paste gently on your eyelids and around it, with your fingertips. Let it dry for about 15-20 minutes, before rinsing with cold water.

5. Strawberries

Remedy: Chill a few strawberries in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Then, remove the tops of these cold strawberries and neatly slice them into thick pieces. Remedies: (1) Dissolve 1 teaspoon of dried gooseberry powder into a cup of filtered water. Let this solution sit overnight.
