1. Master a marathon

Why not be a part of some amazing marathon and make a commitment to run it till the end? That epic feeling of running a 5k marathon – priceless!
2. The dreaded morning jog

Yes, this one deserves to be on your fitness goals list. There is no way you can skip the morning jog. It does wonders for your health.
3. Brisking it up
What is life without a little pace? So, this year take a resolution to push your body one more time. Pace up, speed it up and live life the way it is meant to- with the seduction of speed.
4. Slash the fat

Yes, we do believe that beauty comes in all sizes, but why not pledge to get rid of those dollops of fat which might be your cue to unhealthy life. We will all do it for the health, won’t we?
5. Crush the calories

No way do we endorse the crash diet evil, but calories can be crushed even with the right diet. So, eat smart and live healthy! Now, shall we add this to our fitness goals list? Yes, please.
6. Deep squat- like a boss

This year, say no to binge eating. We are not here to judge you for what you eat, but emotional indulgence or binge eating has never done anyone any good. So, smart eating is yet again on the list for 2016..and this time, you shall stick on!

Of course, this one had to be there on the list! Yoga could practically help you rediscover yourself. So, why not devote an hour to it and learn some cool moves for a hot body?
9. Mindful meditation
This is another must-be-on-my-goals list! Meditation can bring in the biggest change in your life and pack away the stress and anxiety issues for good. So, let the mind be at peace with the mindfulness techniques mastered with ease.
10. The pushing push-ups

How about improving your push-up strength? Isn’t push-up a little too sexy? We really love the way the muscles flex. Goal, please?
11. Goodbye late nights
This is more of a habit than an exercise but such is its prolific importance that it has to be here. Bid goodbye to those 3 O’clock melodramatic thoughts and give your loving pillow a good night kiss because timely sleep calls for a relaxed mind. You know a healthy mind in a healthy body thingy, right?

12. Somersault
