- If and when you feel weak, just peel two bananas and eat them.
- In case you do not like eating bananas whole, you can make a banana smoothie or shake for yourself.
- Alternatively, eat a ripe banana with a tablespoon of honey, two times, every day, to strengthen your body by fighting acute weakness.
2. Almonds
The Vitamin E is almonds make it a great home remedy to feel more energetic and to get rid of the symptoms associated with general weakness.
Almonds are also a rich source of magnesium that helps in converting protein, fat and carbs into energy. In many people, mild deficiency of magnesium is the cause of general weakness.

- In a small bowl, soak two almonds, a dried fig and 4-5 raisins.
- Let it seep for the night.
- Next morning, strain the cup, and drink the water.

- Heat a cup of milk, and drink it when lukewarm. You may add half a tablespoon of honey to the milk, if you want.
- Alternatively, you can boil 2-3 figs in a cup of milk. Once boiled, eat the figs, and drink the milk for strength.
- In addition to this, you can also add half a tablespoon of clarified butter to your glass of warm milk. You need to drink this milk two times, every day, to fight acute weakness that is caused by loss of blood or anemia.
4. Indian Gooseberry
Indian gooseberry or amla is a very rich source of energy. It is nutritious and the vitamin C in it makes it a fruit you MUST consume daily.
Indian gooseberry is also a good source of calcium, iron, carbs, phosphorous and protein. Eating an amla a day can enhance the immune system as well.

- Remove seeds from a handful of Indian gooseberries.
- Place them in a mixer to extract fresh juice.
- Take four teaspoons of this juice and mix it with honey in the ratio of 1:1.
- Now drink this mix two times, every day, for at least a week.

5. Ginseng

- Grate a ginseng root into thin slices.
- Boil the slices in three cups of water. Keep it on the simmer.

6. Licorice

- Heat a glass of water.
- To this, add half a tablespoon of licorice powder.
- Now add one tablespoon of honey to the mix and blend well.
- You should drink this solution two times a day for energy.
A word of caution: Since licorice can increase blood pressure levels, consult your doctor before taking it.
7. Mangoes

The sweet and yummy King of Fruits, Mango, has a good amount of minerals and vitamins in it. It also has antioxidant properties, which makes it an essential home remedy for weakness.
Mangoes also contain fiber, magnesium, copper and potassium.

Strawberries can give you a healthy dose of fiber, water and manganese.

- Prepare strawberry juice, and drink half of this juice, once daily until you feel that your strength is improving.
- If preparing strawberry juice is a hassle for you, you can simply munch on them or mix them with other fruits to prepare a high-in-fiber low-on-calorie fruit salad.
9. Eggs
A well-balanced diet is key to fighting weakness and gaining strength. Since eggs are loaded with essential nutrients, you need to consume them on a daily basis.
Eggs are a rich source of protein, iron, folic acid, riboflavin, pantothenic acid and vitamin A.

- Start your day with a breakfast that includes an egg.
- You can have a hard-boiled egg, or even go for an omelet with veggies and cheese.

If severe fatigue occurs suddenly and is accompanied by other serious symptoms (like confusion, blurred vision, or swelling and an inability to urinate), as this may be a time-sensitive condition like stroke or heart failure.
